Erica Holmes-Harris is a Therapist-Intern who attends Grand Canyon University working towards a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy. She came from the Midwest but currently resides in Phoenix, AZ.
Her schedule is Tuesdays (1pm to 7pm), Wednesdays (1pm to 7pm), and Saturdays (9am to 2pm). She looks forward to welcoming new clients in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Erica’s desire is to help others heal and reach a consistent level of wholeness. She enjoys helping young adults, women, couples, and can focus on areas of trauma. Erica applies both faith-based solutions as well as therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Solutions-Focus therapy, Narrative therapy, and Art Therapy. These therapeutic approaches can be used with individuals as well as couples. Erica is also training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to improve treatment of psychological distress.
Erica believes in whole health where she has confidence in the motto of having balance - spirit, soul, and body.
She loves to write, has a podcast, ministry show, and loves fashion. She is newly married to Lincoln. Erica and her husband are both believers in Jesus, who is their foundation.
